Developing new residential areas for families to grow in, providing new jobs in the areas we operate and offering sustainable solutions that improve individual homes while making the world a better place by reducing carbon emissions.

14 years in business

CosyGroup started with CosyRoof in 2011 - with others joining the group shortly after. McCalls is the newest member of the cosy family.

250 local jobs created

Based in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland we've employed locally across our building sites, fitting teams & office roles. As well as recruiting sales representatives across the UK & Ireland. We've also increased employment in our local community via the organisations & supply chains that benefit from our business.

50k square feet developed

We've developed over 7 residentials sites covering over 50k square feet.

15,000 Conservatory roof replacements completed

We've completed over 15,000 CosyRoof conservatory roof replacements throughout the UK & Ireland.
